Visitor Terms & Conditions

ENTRY & PARKING

  • Visitors are asked to arrive from 11.30 onward
  • Visitors will be subject to randomized bag checks by Clubsec security on entry
  • Wrist bands will be supplied upon receipt of: Proof of Purchase of ticket, Pitch &Car park, ID
  • Please ensure you have purchased parking in advance as parking cannot be allocated on arrival
  • A one way traffic system will be in operation, volunteers will assist you 
  • Entry to car-park strictly 11.30am-6.30pm
  • If you have a mobility requirement please get in touch so as we can accommodate you

BAR & ALCOHOL

  • Alcohol is not permitted onsite
  • All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at Nightcap Bar
  • Entry to nightcap bar is strictly over 18's ID may be required, Challenge25 policy will be in place for more info follow the link https://www.drinkaware.co.uk/alcohol-facts/alcohol-and-the-law/buying-alcohol/
  • For your safety security will be provide by Clubsec
  • Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas

FAMILIES

  • All activities are included in the ticket price: MR HULLABALLOO SHOW, KIDZ FARM,PLANTING WORKSHOP,FETE GAMES
  • If you have additional children please notify us

CAMPSITE

  • Pitch must be purchased in advance
  • No naked flames of any kind: BBQ'S, CANDLES, LIGHTERS, FIRES ETC
  • Smoking is not permitted in or around tents, a designated smoking area will be provided
  • Please be mindful of other visitors & surrounding neighbors during your stay so as to ensure that everyone has a peaceful and enjoyable experience
  • Please dispose of your rubbish in the allocated bins
  • Toilets will be provided onsite
  • In the case of emergency please contact the emergency services followed by phone call to 07867568976, Volunteers will be on call throughout the event

HEALTH & SAFETY & GENERAL

  • If you have a medical issue that you would like us to be made aware of please let u know so as we can notify our medical team
  • Catering facilities are available for Vegan, Vegetarian & Non Vegan visitors if you have a specific food allergy or intolerance please let us know so as we arrange for our Vendors to contact you
  • Anti Social behavior, aggressive behavior including behavior which poses a risk to the individual or other visitors will not be tolerated and will be escorted off the premises
  • Visitors are not permitted into restricted access areas
  • Mains drinking water will be available
  • By purchasing  a ticket you are giving Beanstock consent to using all content for marketing purposes
  • All visitors will be made aware of our Fire Safety procedure at the start of the event and are asked to be present for the public announcement
  • For any medical issues that arise our Medical team will be on hand
  • Our event will me monitored by Clubsec so as to ensure all visitors can enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances our Cancellation policy will be inplace
